You can trust that in sessions, I’ll always show up at my very best. This means that I’ll email you if I need to reschedule due to feeling unwell. Out of respect to your reading, my body, and the quality of service to Spirit that I can show up in, this is always best. I appreciate your understanding, care, and respect toward me as a person with an energy-limiting condition.
